1. Introduction

Welcome to Gotostudy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gotostudy, our website, applications, AI tools, credit system, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

Gotostudy provides an AI SaaS learning and productivity platform with account-based access to chat, image, video, study, and related AI-powered workflows. Paid plans provide recurring credits that can be used for eligible AI actions.

AI outputs can be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or commercially using them.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid services.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety rules.

4. Acceptable Use and AI Safety

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk content.

For AI image and video generation, you may not request or generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, non-consensual, deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content. Attempts to bypass moderation or safety controls are prohibited.

• Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Do not use the Service for malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
• Do not resell, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not claim that our product is affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party AI model provider unless we state that relationship explicitly.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Prices, billing cycles, credit grants, and plan features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Credits are a limited license to use eligible features of the Service; they are not cash, stored value, or transferable property.

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may calculate, collect, and remit applicable indirect taxes and may show as the seller or charge descriptor on receipts, invoices, or card statements.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. You can manage cancellation from your account where available, through the Creem customer portal, or by contacting support.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds for Creem-processed transactions must be handled through Creem's systems and are generally returned to the original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges or consumed credits.

7. Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain ownership of prompts, uploaded files, and other content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI outputs generated through your account. You remain responsible for confirming that your use of outputs is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
